Exceptions: We are unable to offer returns on open cartridges & eliquids. If you purchase a kit that includes cartridges & eliquids, a full refund will be given if only 1 cartridge is used. If more than 1 cartridge is used, you will have a restocking fee (No Fee With An Exchange) and your refund will be & adjusted accordingly.
