Last week I received an order of liquid that had a couple flavors that tasted a little too strong for my taste. A couple days later I was able to speak with Laurin on the phone (this being after her attempts for two days to call me. I work 3rd shift and I kept missing her calls). When finally speaking with her she was a very cool relaxed person and very easy to talk to. Kinda felt like sittinâ?? around talkinâ?? with my old high school friends. Anyways she was genuinely concerned with my experience with the liquid and was even mixing it personally while on the phone with me. Howâ??s that for working head on with the customer! She told me the order would be sent out after she made sure it was just right. I just received the remixed liquids in the mail today. With a free 10ml of VG to thin it out a little more should it still be too strong. As a manger myself and having to work with customer satisfaction daily, I can tell you that Jeff & Laurin go above and beyond; and they treat you in a way that speaks very clearly, â??We care very much about how the end customer feels!â?� I even received a hand written note. Awesome stuff on all fronts with this company. All in all on a scale from 1 to 10 on the satisfactory scale, Word Up gets a 25. Thanks for all the great customer service. I am a customer for life. word up has been the up most plesant company im going on my 11 month with out a real cig thank you wordup. service is great i live in nv yet I see my resupply shippment in 3 days every time wow. The natural cherry flavor is great. It tastes kind of like candy cherry. A hint of citrus or maybe plum flavor added and it might taste like black cherry. The way it is now is great too. If you like the fruit flavors this is one to try.
