Jeff and Laurin: I got my e-liquid...oh about an hour ago and am ecstatic. I have to agree with other comments here. It's the shit. I have been vaping a grand total of a week and suffering with low nic runny unsatisfying juice. A friend turned me on to your company and I am not suffering anymore! So happy right now. I am very impressed with your service, right down to the hand-written note. This past week I had a few drops of some of your other flavors from this friend. It's what made me place my first order. Jeffrey is great! I've had the pleasure of speaking to him twice on the phone. I've HEARD Laurin in the background, (she hollered that I was to give their Benson & Henson ejuice a try. So I did!!) EXCELLENT customer service. All the best, couldn't happen to a nicer couple!!

To all new and returning customers... To those of you who have not bought from, or are considering buying your e-cig supplies and liquid from Wordup-ecig than look no further. Jeff and Laurin are the true old fashion customer care people we can only dream of in today's society of retail. I have never met anyone any more accommodating and easy to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about their product and willing to meet the needs of their customer. I was a newbie when I spoke to Jeff and Laurin. I had done a lot of research before purchasing my e-cigs. This guy and gal made my transition from analogs to e-smoke exceptionally easy. They will never be undersold and customer service is their priority...call them and you will hear it at their first hello. jeff i gotta say your product is the shit hands down.you have alot of flavors to choose from and by far i haven't tried one flavor that i didn't like.ive been vaping for 2 weeks now and my health is coming back.i always had a problem gaining weight when i smoked cigs but now im getting some of my muscle back,eating alot more,and my teeth are getting whitter.thx jeff i owe you alot.you trully are a life saver litterally

Found you guys from a review on utube only two weeks into vapping. So glad i did. I new i was at the right place as soon as i got my email response in minutes. The phone call was the seller.
