Wow...found you guys via a link from ecf and couldn't be happier. It's tough to find many places that offer VG juice and not only do you guys have a great selection (especially compared to many others), the flavors are magnificent. I couldn't be happier!

Jeff and Laurin are the pinacle of customer service, Direct tv can't compare even close to the quality of customer service and product that Wordup E-cig has to offer. After a complication with another e-cig company Jeff spent a good hour on the phone with me to ensure that I got exactly what I need. His customer service is superb and he really made me feel comfortable in dealing with him. Being a first time E-cig user he asked me to call him when I get the starter kit so he can talk me through its use step by step. Thanks Jeff for your great service!!

Well, I placed my first "real" order today "black friday" '09 (i did order a dab of juice previously) and The dedication to customer service is truly exceptional. I had some questions during the ordering process and Jeffery adressed all of them (I ask alot of questions ) admirably. He even had to make a change to the website while i was on the phone with him and there came up a complication with the website publisher, he dealt with it in stride and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Color me impressed. Now i just have to wait for my customised joye520 super kit, then throw away (or pass on to someone desperate) the stupid "Envy bliss" that at least opened my eyes to the e-cig world. "Power to the Vapers" and as for the FDA, they can %$%#^$&^%$%#^$%^#^%$#^%$#%^$ if they try to ban my e-cig.

Hi! Just a quick note to let you know I got my starter kit and I couldn't be happier. It got here so fast and everything was even better than I thought it would be! The personalized note you enclosed was great. I'm from a small town (pop. 500) and it reminded me of dealing with a small town merchant, which almost never happens these days. You definately have a customer for life and I will be recommending you to anyone and everyone I know that smokes. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Steve
