My name is Greg Vandegrift and my family has been a customer of Wordup-Ecig since we first discovered your location in Hobe Sound. I was recently in your Stuart location buying new Eleaf e-cigs for myself and my staff to start the new year. I have to compliment you on the appearance of the store and the very helpful staff. I have been in other vapor shops in the area and your store is by far the most welcoming to both sight and smell.

I have been vaping for about 4 years. I am extremely happy to have found Wordup after moving from out of state and having to weed through a bunch of nearby shops that overcharge for low quality juices, mods, & equipment. Wordup offers a place to shop for high quality vaping products, hang out, try different flavors, and learn about the industry. They even mix their own liquids in-house. I was recently at my folks house in Jupiter and thought I'd check out the local vale shops. I was fortunate enough to meet Sean first who put a spot on build in the new Lemo I purchased...thanks again Sean! The service was so good that I went back the next day and was able to meet Laurin. I was in a bit of a rush, but she asked me a few questions about what kind of flavors I like. She had me try a few of hers and I bought a couple as a gift for a friend and asked her to ship some others to me up north. I told her that the flavors were to be her choice and they arrived today! We are supposed to get 6-10 inches of snow tonight, so that will set me up for a great weekend of sitting by the fire, rebuilding my attys and trying what Laurin put together for me!! Thanks again to you Laurin and the awesome customer service by the entire staff....I'm confident I'll be ordering more juice and stuff in the future and will stop in next time I'm in town. Don

I echo every glowing review. . Customer Service is a pleasure, always...I've learned a lot about my own preferences thanks to the information and guidance offered by everyone at wordup. I carry their cards with me and hand them out wherever i see people huddled miserably outside, hanging heads in shame with their cigs. it is the kind of human experience all too rare in the business world. Found this site/store on the recommendation of a former employee, who was extremely knowledgeable. When I placed my order, I entered some of the info wrong. An email on my part was enough to fix the problem, but Jeff called to double check the info I had provided just to be safe. That's customer service for you! Everything arrived within two days and everything was to my exact specifications. This store and the people operating it are fantastic!

Ijust wanted to say thank you about telling me how fast it gets here on the first priority, I couldn't believe it. It was here in 3 days, vs. 7-8 days. So, again, thanks for your great customer service, I have given your company name out to 3 friends this week that need to quit smoking. They said they have tried the e-cigs, but the other kind, not with e-liquid, and they hated it. So, I told them the way to go was this way. Everything is perfect and fast! Outstanding products I bought one evic and two ego-c and I love them. My favorite flavors are all the coffees and crazy coconut is real good too. The pro tanks with 1.8 burner are the best. Before being a Newport smoker, I was a B&H Menthol smoker, and I've tried my share of renditions, but the best I've tried goes absolutely to Laurin. Lois and I have to send laurin our thanks for masterfully creating the three fruit flavors of our last order. Lois can't put down the wild watermelon, full flavor,nice throat hit,sweetened just right wonderful interpretation. The raspberry and orange soda are making me crazy just how good they are. The raspberry is a truly sublime vape, bursting with fresh sweet but balanced berry and the orange is so good too. I jsut recently purchsed two of the G5 510 Clear Ecigarette cartomizer clearomizer, and wow what a difference, they are way better then regular carts. I really love the amount of vapor that I get with them. I started using with my VG based liquid and the draw on them was a little bit tough, then I thinned out the liquid and that made a whole lot of difference if I thought they were good before they are even better now. Will be getting more of them. Also the e-liquid that you guys make rocks I will not order from any other site. Thanks so much. I have now been smoke free for a week.

I just want to thank wordup ecig for all they have done for me over the past 2 years. I have tried every big named vendor out there and have been 1. taken for a ride, 2.promised something I never got, 3. no customer service. 4. low quality product that did not work when arrived! Then i found Jeffrey and Laurin they have helped me stop smoking and yes i said it i stopped smoking because of them and their product they have the best e-liquid out there and if there is ever a problem (one in 2 years) they fix it with no questions asked. This company reminds me of good old Americana customer service with high quality products that they stand behind. Yes, I have quit smoking. Yes, I'm very happy with the quality of the Joytech products. Yes, the customer service is the best. I knew that tobacco products were very unhealthy and I wanted to quit them. I researched the 'juices' that were used in e-cigs. None compare to the food quality products that are used by wordupecigs. Some are worse than tobacco products. You can have the best of everything but without people products are basically worthless. Jeff and Laurin have answered all my questions plus informed and educated me on new products without any sales pressure. Their mission is the help people stop smoking. It's been 2 1/2+ years for me.. Thanks to the both of you!!!

Before finding your website I was a confused newbie to e-cigs.You don't carry an overwhelming inventory of anything.Your products are quality.1st I bought a E-Cab,very nice for going out with,not a unsightly monster like the GS VV Mod that I got next.Fantastic device,but it's big.You might not want to use it everywhere.The grape liquid that came w/e cab was great after about a week to steep.Haven't tried blueberry that came w/GS VV Mod yet(steeping).I know that if you carry a product it will be quality.I am so glad I found your website.I now have a 510T XL,E-Cab & GS VV Mod.I guess i'm covered no matter what the situation..LOL!!Thank You Jeff & Laurin for making my life a lot easier!!GREAT WORK!!!

This is my first purchase of liquid from wordupecig.com. I was pleased to see that they carry an "American Spirit" eliquid flavor. The shipping was fast and packaging was secure. I was however a little disappointed, at first, with the overall vape. It was so subtle as to be almost non-existent. While it is smooth and light, it was not as reminiscent of an American Spirit ultra-light analog, as I'd hoped. Then I realized that I had not filled my cartomizer enough and the flavor wasn't properly coming through. It had almost no discernible aftertaste or undertones, which can be good or bad depending upon your preferences. I then switched to a cartomizer that I had saturated more thoroughly. It seems to have a slight hint of the fragrant with the merest suggestion of citrus. Not a lot of noticeable smoky-ness but with a mild and subtle tobacco-esque flavor, it is perhaps for those who don't want to go completely "unflavored" but still want a slight hint of tobacco ultra-light analogs. A good overall everyday vape perhaps for those who don't care much for strong tobacco flavors or who aren't a much of a fan of analogs' cigarette taste in your mouth at all. If you don't want the "flavor" of your vape interfering with the flavor of your morning coffee then this is the lightest vape I've tried so far. I haven't tried many, but it seems as if this is definitely on the subtler side of things. Surprisingly though I find that I do enjoy a little more punch to my "tobacco" flavor than this provides. I do enjoy a stronger flavor than I would have at first thought and more flavor does indeed add to my experience with my coffee, other beverage, or as a flavor on its own as I just sit and watch TV or as I'm writing this review. So overall: a good mild, subtle vape for everyday and/or frequent use which you will barely notice and has little to overwhelm the senses. But, in my opinion, could really use a little more richness

Very nice customer service relations here with this company. While my e-liquid was not as flavorful as I'd hoped, I'm confident that I just need to choose another "flavor" and the free shipping is amazing! As long as the USPS keeps getting things to me in a timely manner, as that is often a problem, not the fault of any website, I will order some other flavors and see what their like. I want to find something a little more flavorful for an everyday vape. I currently am using the "American Spirit" e-juice. Thank you Laurin! Can't wait to try another of your many flavors

I know I'm just one little person with a minimum order every month, but yet you still help me, when I got in a jam. Your customer service is something I haven't been able to find in ANY companies, no matter what it is. NO ONE I know in my personal life, treats me like you all. And for that I thank you. In addition, Laurin, the paper you sent me has helped me stop burning out atomizers. My biggest mistake was, I had no idea the vents on the tank had to be lined up with the 2 openings down in the atomizer. Having worked my way from a 510 up to the jumbo T, I never had any instructions about it. I've looked and read a lot. But never saw that little piece of information. The biggest thank you!!!!! Miles

It is not a matter of PG vs VG thick or thin, is all in flavor even thou thin and thick do have their reason as to hardware and if you know you can choose. For the first time, in a long time, I did not felt that, and that time was yesterday when I tried your Newport RI menthol that came with my order. I was literally blown away. It was not over sweet, It was not light, It was not overpowering, it was perfect, just perfect, and that to me is just amazing. I was a heavy Newport cigarette smoker and I've had my share of menthol's, Mints, Tobacco menthol's, PG, VG you name it and I always felt that with this or the other was something missing, it was satisfying but still, I craved something. Well that crave is over. I found My sweet spot and that is your e juice. Laurin, you rock my world and you will see more orders from me in the very near future. Your packaging for mail, more than excellent and even thou I did not like USPS you guys made me think I should give them a chance. So, keep the good work, and wordupecig has found in me a loyal new customer, that will switch to wordupecig for his vaping supplies from now on. Just got off the phone with Jeffery and my Bank. What a nightmare. The Bank was blaming Wordup for declined transaction and Jeffery pointed out it was my bank. Long story short, Wordup has top notch security policy when it comes to your credit/debit card. Banks fault for finally updating outdated zip code after 2yrs. I like the fact that Jeffery handled the situation professionally and personable. He treats his customers like family and I appreciate that. On another note, they have the "Best" e-juice out there!

Somehow, I managed to find the “Word-Up” site, and that’s how I subsequently located and ordered, the “510 Mega Electronic Utility Kit.” The value is superb. (I ended up ordering 2…first the auto, then a week later, the standard.) Customer service is outstanding: efficient, fast, and also included personal touches that are not only rare, but extremely impressive! I couldn’t be more pleased! I had to say what a wonderful company this is. I had a minor problem which was my fault and Laurin took care of it i paid for postage which i didn't have to do. It was brought to my attention and i was given xtra e juice for the moneys i paid already for the postage. Also the problem i did have was taken care of in the most professional manner i haven't seen since i was in the military. Now if i need a new e cigarette i will only buy from Wordup-Ecig. I wish all companies would follow Wordup-Ecig example of how to treat their customers as i have been to many places where they should be shut down because of their customer service. They have the best products and the best customer service and if their is a problem they will fix it right the 1st time without calling back multiple times. I will always recommend Wordup-Ecig because i know that they will always be their for their customers which is their number 1 priority. Laurin, I do appreciate this and I never felt that no reply was an issue and I can happily report that may 18th will be the one year anniversary for the last cigarette I smoke since i started over 30 years ago and using the gum, the patch only end up with me smoking almost 2 packs a day! I am a nurse and an instructor in training and I did write a comprehensive stop smoking program which is now being considered to be included as part of a nursing curriculum and staff program at the college for allied health where I work as an assistant to the dean to help the school and staff uphold healthy living and practice what we preach by being a smoke free work place..and it is becoming policy in many hospitals who currently wont hire nurses that smoke, my comprehensive smoking cessation program which includes E cigarette as an effective and safer option for the long term hard core die hard smoker; and i implemented this plan on May 18, 2011 and it is getting much attention now, also as was my intent others who are dying because they cannot quite are following my lead and albeit best to not use any nicotine the e cigarette is much better than smoking and so we both are meeting the goal to help people live longer and be healthier....Thank you!

I really don't think they knew, or didn't want to say how bad their stuff is. There's one vendor, don't remember the name and it really doesn't matter, says he/they have organic e liquid. I tried a lot of it, and didn't get the satisfaction from it that I was looking for. Now, I understand why most won't sell over 26-28mg. Cause the stuff is garbage. I had to open my eyes with my hands one morning from the burn I got, my eyelids were glued shut, from my body's reaction from it. That's not made up, I was more than a little concerned about it and almost gave the vaping up. I Thank You and am happy to spread the word about you and your staff. You all are truly the best on this one. Now if I could just get the few friends I have here to "get it," and quit the cigarettes....

I'm done with the "doublers," and mixing to try to get by, all the while still wanting an analog. I knew that stuff was garbage, but all I thought I could afford till I received your Liquid Sample. Anything I've tried since starting this Jan 16th of this year, has literally burned my lungs and sinuses, if I went over 28mg. I couldn't handle more than 28mg and was using at least 3 jumbo tanks a day. Three days now on your 5mg sample. And having a pack of analogs sitting on the table for 3 days now. My first order was for the Flue Cured VG e-juice and I received it promptly. I set it on the self and continued to vape my favorite Flue Cured juice. About a week later I decided to give your liquid a vape and WOW....I was surprise at how much more flavorsome and smooth it was compared to my main vaping juice...I now have a new "main squeeze" . Last week I received an order of liquid that had a couple flavors that tasted a little too strong for my taste. A couple days later I was able to speak with Laurin on the phone (this being after her attempts for two days to call me. I work 3rd shift and I kept missing her calls). Well, I placed my first "real" order today "black friday" '09 (i did order a dab of juice previously) and The dedication to customer service is truly exceptional. I had some questions during the ordering process and Jeffery addressed all of them (I ask a lot of questions ) admirably. He even had to make a change to the website while i was on the phone with him and there came up a complication with the website publisher, he dealt with it in stride and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Color me impressed. Now i just have to wait for my customised joye520 super kit, then throw away (or pass on to someone desperate) the stupid "Envy bliss" that at least opened my eyes to the e-cig world. "Power to the Vapers" and as for the FDA, they can %$%#^$&^%$%#^$%^#^%$#^%$#%^$ if they try to ban my e-cig.
